  3. That is your choice! I hope it doesn't ruin you. (My father-in-law smoked all his life, and he made it to 87.)

  5. It is a very hard habit to break. I never smoked but my parents sure did! They finally quit after 40+ years.

  6. Interesting take on the theme. I've been smoke free for 10 years, an it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. But I still crave them daily!!!

  7. Hi Bintang,
I saw off a movie and It was so funny. When people would tell him I can't do something. This guy would always tell them, can't is not in his vocabulary. I hope you stop one day.

  8. I am so glad I never formed the habit. Considering the state of my lungs even without it, if I had started smoking, I'd probably be dead now.

  11. Oh my Bintang I though I already visited and commented. Pleae forgive me.

Yes this will definitely ruin your health. You made a good pick.

I know because I smoke. I have tried and tried to quit but without any luck.

But still I am lucky. I had x rays done just a couple of months ago and thank God they show all clear.

And my oxygen is at 99%. so I am very fortunate. Maybe someday I will get the will power and finally lay them down.

    Great job on this one!!:-)))

  12. Definitely! I hope you have your regular check ups so you can detect early if it has indeed affected your lungs or not.

  15. I'm trying to quit now. I've been smoking for almost 15 years and I actually sort of get scared when I think of losing my escape. It's a crappy excuse I know, but it's hard nonetheless. Every pack I buy is my "last pack" this past month. Maybe the pack I just bought a couple of hours ago will indeed be my last pack.
