It is a very hard habit to break. I never smoked but my parents sure did! They finally quit after 40+ years.

Interesting take on the theme. I've been smoke free for 10 years, an it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. But I still crave them daily!!!

    Hi Bintang,
I saw off a movie and It was so funny. When people would tell him I can't do something. This guy would always tell them, can't is not in his vocabulary. I hope you stop one day.

  • Alice Audrey utter....

I am so glad I never formed the habit. Considering the state of my lungs even without it, if I had started smoking, I'd probably be dead now.

  • Sue utter....

My husband smokes too. I wish he would quit. He has tried many times but can't seem to. Hope you try sometime too.

  • Mrs Mecomber utter....

Oh my Bintang I though I already visited and commented. Pleae forgive me.

Yes this will definitely ruin your health. You made a good pick.

I know because I smoke. I have tried and tried to quit but without any luck.

But still I am lucky. I had x rays done just a couple of months ago and thank God they show all clear.

And my oxygen is at 99%. so I am very fortunate. Maybe someday I will get the will power and finally lay them down.

    Great job on this one!!:-)))

  • ZJ utter....

Definitely! I hope you have your regular check ups so you can detect early if it has indeed affected your lungs or not.

Bad advertisement for Dunhill. Why not taking a look at youtube videos on stop smoking campaigns. It might help u.

  • bintang react....

Thanks all for visiting my PH and leaving a comment. I'll get back to you all later.

  • Damien Franco utter....

I'm trying to quit now. I've been smoking for almost 15 years and I actually sort of get scared when I think of losing my escape. It's a crappy excuse I know, but it's hard nonetheless. Every pack I buy is my "last pack" this past month. Maybe the pack I just bought a couple of hours ago will indeed be my last pack.

  • mae utter....

you are so right... it's been proven, this can ruin one's health. it's a hard habit to break and i probably will be hooked if i started. i'm glad i didn't! :-)
