My four and a half years old daughter always love to play with a camera. This is her first attempt to get self-portrait. What she did was, placed a camera on the sofa (a good technique to stabilize the camera, lol), then she kneel on the floor with her face facing the camera and snap. Unfortunately, her mouth was hidden by the sofa. I guess she'll try a different technique on some other times.
