One of a food packaging techniques that can preserved and keep a food in a fresh condition. All air and moisture in the packet have been vacuumed and caused the packet wrinkled. Found this while I'm visiting Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI).

Very cool. We have a food saver here that I use for that very thing. :)
