This is not a prop for a movie set. It's actually an apartment resort.
The entire architectural aspect of the building were adopt from the Europe architecture. To give a local people the feeling of being in the Europe without leaving their country ;).
Aren't this tower supposed to be on Milla Jovovich's Joan of Arcs movie..ha,ha,ha...Word of wisdom;
